1. Type of products ?
All products are 100% hand-woven or hand-made from natural materials, so that
normally tolerance of 5% deviation in dimensions and color is allowed.
2. Materials ?
Products are made from sea grass, water hyacinth, banana fiber, palm leaf,
rattan and bamboo. These products are made on wooden, rattan, or iron frames.
3. Timing of work and delivery time ?
It depends on the complexity of each product as well as the quantity.
Production lead time for a full 20 foot container is around 25 - 30 days and
for a full 40 foot container is around 40-45 days after receipt of deposit or
L/C.
4. Prices ?
Q. Why we do not show prices on our website?
A. We do not show prices on the internet since we have to protect the right of our wholesale customers and of
course it is also depends on the quantity of your order.
You can buy as delivery terms FOB (Free on Board), C&F (Cost and Freight), CIF (Cost,
Insurance, Feight),... etc.
5. Placing an order ?
All purchase orders are confirmed by fax or-e-mail and must signed and faxed
back to us.
6. Method of payment: (T/T or L/C) ?
- By Irrevocable L/C at sight.
- By T/T payment: 40% must be paid by the buyer when Sales Contract was signed
by both of parties.
Balance of 60% is paid when the bill of lading is faxed or scanned and sent by
email confirming the goods have been delivered.
7. How to get Sample ?
-The Buyer is asked to pay the sample and we will repay that amount if Buyer
place an order.
-Sample transportation will be at buyer's account.
Your own design would be most welcome and we'll be handled confidentially.
8. Do you guarantee your products ?
Yes, we do. If for some odd reason you received a defective product from us, we
will replace it on the next shipment.
9. I am planning a trip to Vietnam.
How do I find your showroom? Please inform us in advance, we can arrange to
pick you up at your hotel and bring you to our showroom. Or simply call us upon
your arrival and we can guide you how to find our showroom.
10. Minimum Order :
1x 20 feet container
11.Freight:
You can nominate shipping company or we will find out shipping companies or forwarders with good price and good service for your
choice.
